In the spring of 2014, the husband and wife owners of Edmonton’s Lion’s Garden opened their newly designed barn to couples for wedding receptions and ceremonies. This scenic, 80-acre tree farm is an attractive option for couples looking for a nature-inspired wedding.
With its rustic charm and over 4600 square feet of space, the Ponderosa Barn at Lion’s Garden features timber beams and natural wood floors perfect for dancing the night away. In addition to the barn, the Tamarack Ceremony garden nestled on the Lion’s Garden property provides an intimate space for exchanging vows.
Lion’s Garden provides the opportunity to fill out a wedding inquiry form where couples can learn about wedding packages and date availability. The one and two-day packages provide service for up to 200 guests, while a smaller package allows up to 40 people. All packages offer an on-site coordinator to help with the big day.
Delta Edmonton South

Old Red Barn

The Old Red Barn features handmade tables and chandelier lighting. This romantic location specializes in smaller wedding parties of up to 100 guests. In addition to the wedding venue, Old Red Barn provides bartending from a vintage camper bar.
The Old Red Barn doesn’t provide wedding services between October and mid-May. Filling out their online inquiry form is crucial to booking your wedding date on time. Wedding packages include access to the property, decorations, parking, and bartending.
